Returns and Exchange Policy

At Shayk BBQ, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer an exchange option. Please read our policy below to understand the conditions and process for exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

If you experience an issue with your product upon delivery, you are entitled to request an exchange, which will be arranged for our next delivery schedule. Please note that we do not provide refunds. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and are at the sole discretion of Shayk BBQ management.

Exchange Process

To facilitate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue Immediately: Take a clear video of the issue with the product, showing the packaging and the product itself.

  2. Submit the Video on the Same Day: Send the video to us on the same day of delivery via our official contact channel 9859-4009 (WhatsApp). This helps us validate the condition of the product upon receipt.

Please be aware that we cannot entertain exchange requests submitted the day after delivery due to the nature of our frozen products.

Storage Requirements

All products must be stored in a frozen condition upon receipt to ensure quality and safety. Improper storage may affect eligibility for exchange.
